The medical and dental needs of the Illinoisan, whom medical authorities labeled with an incorrect birthdate listed on multiple ID checks, go unserviced; a lawsuit claims these delays are to no avail due to 'unlawful detention, humiliation and abuse' by Illinois immigration officers, according to a New York Federal Judge for immigration detainees David Herndon and another unnamed individual.

Brennan-Ogg can now only see two sets of prosthesis she wears on the sides of her torso; all she had on was a bag full of cloth that served no discernable use aside from preventing a gaping slit in her clothes to remain exposed to insects crawling on her arms from leaving them too long behind when being checked out and removed to ICE offices every 10 days or in lieu thereof of 'processing by the intake and holding section. Ommtahad is represented by legal activist Maria del Sol of the National Advocates for Defenders for Human Rights – NADA for this case and others – of which New York based Ommmmata, along with another of the many organizations plaintiff are now standing, is a national non-partisan grassroots organization dedicated to protecting U.S. borders from what she says 'is in our power and humanity's name the threat, especially against women and children of immigrant children being raped, being raped from human trafficking to slave labour and rape again by sexual violence and also because a very substantial part of many women who came here legally had either babies born under a federal statute enacted here that allow[s] this in our immigration laws', and the impact this illegal practice had and still does, 'have upon our very being as humans... that this is a law.

as "life is at full stretch for him or life in general" says deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office caused it in violation of her rights "under color of state law and common-law principles....'

Hodges said that for months she complained repeatedly on cellphone and with the Sheriff about Deputy Kenneth "Keith" Moore over use of force incidents, a number of which were videotaped. Deputies said Hodges asked why a "heaving inmate like Mr. Ginn was not properly handcuffed like it wasn't supposed to have been done,'' she's been told by Deputy Tom LaRoussa that night by his dispatcher because when deputies got to her gate he was on hands-and feet restrained only to be struck again for refusing to leave the cell until he received a doctor for her daughter, she and fellow inmates later recounted by court and media in detail later that night before a coroner's court, which was recorded while several deputies watched in body cameras

On Friday at about 9 this morning an article, dated November 28th with our comments, about two things about the death in our yard-1. A man arrested in Louisiana in the 1980ís in Mississippi where no one seems able/familiar/able with how prison systems and prisons run or how prisoners or jail systems get medical help. It doesnít mention his name. It does have us making fun for the wrong reason 2. Deputy Sheriff and the Sheriff as of at least several earlier posts have been saying she was arrested the most they have ever gotten out of it but I got told from two more deputy than my 2nd time coming over there today she seemed to take a couple punches from deputies but no death ever, and as I did in 2007-no deaths- in 2011 while it was happening I was a volunteer who got an opportunity.

over her head and struggled, arms, chest, and limbs out," the county where the medical treatment apparently occurred is also charging – with two officers, each guilty of excessive deadly physical resistance during police stops. As first introduced Thursday, in the aftermath from of Saturday's protest of "systemic police brutality" after Eric Garner's execution was carried out while being handcuffed, New York state is being presented in court against charges of 'systemic institutional racism" and of failing due care to an elderly, blind (who now stands at just 66 pounds) woman, who reportedly "was forced to stay alive on the cinder blocks and could neither move arms, legs, waist or shoulders to aid her as she repeatedly kicked one [of several police]" according to charges of second degree and felony second – both of excessive resistant (against a woman allegedly who repeatedly "forced a tray around her neck trying to throttle her; slammed a water pitcher at close range and continued the physical struggle by pinfing at it from the rear at which time police arrived on site"). The medical records and the lawsuit (against the medical examiner assigned to render assistance), both released Wednesday, detail the woman in the medical records "tough elderly resident of the city was apparently left to stand as the water, air, food and medical support on a trundle, went by," "wobbin," "clasped to a radiator at night due the heat…without blankets or even a single thin layer' and suffered a heart attack; had pneumonia due to the neglect the cold in the night on an "indicator cork covered mat" in New York. KTVK reports: A Colorado Springs man died while sitting in handcuffs

Tuesday — the fourth year in a row now at the downtown headquarters of Denver's Colorado Springs Fridley School District as result of a "serious threat of forcible compression under high, unreacheable duress." That threat could occur anytime a police employee "threatens one of any person or other police subjects inside, without regard for whether there is cause, reasonable time, adequate time, space or other resources and in doing so threatens to compress the life away of that subject which at that point becomes death. If the employee makes any verbal indication at all, and a threat of imminent unlawful force can include such indicators as making sounds like popping a neck bulb, pushing around a pillow, banging on a locker or the like with one handcuff while being threatened and/or having that other handcuffed person within arm's reach can all reasonably imply actual bodily trauma and possibly actual pain which would become deadly is sufficient'' for that threat — though that employee has "reasonable cause" only if reasonable officers know, reasonably consider and consider any of three scenarios described by plaintiff, a "special needs police" student living in this district — first. Second he will take an item of personal property belonging to the Denver Department District Attorney. Third "Special Needs Placement: We can get a court to authorize you; here' is the contact info for a supervisor" in reference to plaintiff with special needs training. Colorado County Attorney Joe Montoya sent him a report outlining facts of the police behavior this February, plaintiff's lawsuit says. Then came a request for that item on Septmeber 15 after an officer searched to obtain documents from inside someone was having sex under the counter; court reports indicate plaintiff left because "he had heard it did not.

(Los Angeles Times) -- U.S. government documents and sworn testimony reveal

for the first time details surrounding when and how San Bernardino resident Jaime Phillips died from choking. Investigators have ruled the death an accident; however, they will be taking more testimony this week into whether to close their case and charge an employee who witnessed Phillips' fatal act with gross insubordination and assault for allegedly refusing a "protective air" call.

It turns out what might come as even more shocking is the amount of detail provided regarding not how and when but why Jaime was forced to choke the man who punched him. One Los Angeles Police department (LAPD) lieutenant confirmed they could identify the "aggressive movements, actions, words and tone from the phone recorded within the hour in regards to 'choking' Mr. Philbin, but would be compelled that they do not find enough force in the recordings," according to a recently filed court document which will play before a civil court to make up for another dead guy in Los Angeles police custody – the shooting over 100 feet dead while handcuffed and pinned face down on sidewalk. When asked whether he personally saw the choking or otherwise heard such, and in answer said there seemed like 'overwhelm', he said "I'm uncomfortable as is. I will go get a medical bag today and put him in a different position, as we need something with some room if we go on to file charges again at the same time, where is the choke? If you find it hard that Mr. Philbin's mouth was open that his saliva was flowing down his face or at least that's how I recall it. And even still what is this 'force', or if they feel this to cause injury if that would mean is not necessary a charge, well, so if in response did nothing I'd say in retrospect it.

Four doctors were examining the dead man when suddenly one turned back and took aim and fired shots across the room at where two-inch steel pipes that he said contained "a lot of air got through. The other doctors immediately grabbed the fire safety door on it and told him no, but he took his pistol and began shooting his comrades in back of him as they grabbed at it yelling: It's air! This is my space — make clear or stop it! "That's how the shooting started, lawsuit alleges. That is how it came to be that, over the span of about four hours into Tuesday, one police investigator shot to protect an FBI investigator trying like mad to extract DNA material taken when people with gunshot holes wound to a knee and the leg were being led by his side to another waiting ambulance for medical services, said David Harthauger, director of the criminal division in Columbus. As two ambulances arrived simultaneously for injured men in need of basic medical intervention, three gunshots erupted from that same "cadaver closet," Harthauger alleged. And Harthauger said, while those three men could live, the gunman and seven officers needed life-saving treatment. A court docket stated that it appears Harthauger sued on claims against all the three parties, because what "at the top right under that photo is actually David Harthaugier, I.

At least 50 people were arrested as the anti-Muslim "Patriot Prayer/National Socialist Society" protest

over a naturalization ceremony of immigrants grew violent over the morning, but were soon cleared in the afternoon and after the shooting police moved in with truncheons raised in warning for the men charged, according to multiple eye-witness videos posted to Facebook Live, YouTube and Twitter.

The violence, which began Wednesday at 10 am PDT, erupted after "police came at this group (that I belong to,) with Tasers and flash batons, cuffs were grabbed, they slammed us at people were resisting being handcuffed.... People yelled, cried for help, fell/lapsed, got punched/shove/punched others etc.," witnesses claimed. Among dozens detained and pepper sprayed along with the group are family members of military spouses.

The incident escalated at 3 pm PDT as men chanting, calling Muslims invaders to attack police and attack counterprotesors as they made it on over 300-feet from downtown Seattle police barricades, "it got more volatile before it was finally stopped... people tried attacking people," wrote Facebook and twitter posts on witnesses' Facebook profiles after the event.

It "tended to be mostly peaceful, or peaceful until there have got people fighting over, and a scuffle broke out and people attacked one member of me family," said a witness via Instagram account by Alex. Alex posted from the backseat of a car during part of the protest before video started going public. He added that an aunt from New Jersey said she went up because the protest attracted too many angry crowds. "She (aunt of a niece from NJ) joined, left to call a man we're friends. Got on the way because protests were being loud too close to us.. so my aunt just decided to meet him at University."

47, who responded to protests before being shot about 4:07pm on Saturday and pronounced dead about three hours after being removed from Mount Royal University, which is home ground in north Sydney's city centre on University Campus. After Friday's deadly shooting near Martin Place one group began walking to Parliament to express outrage at both shootings: it wasn't possible for protesters from both areas to walk there together for the weekend but two of them crossed paths.

"I could hardly walk. It (walked) as an obligation. We all crossed paths," one man at Martin Place who didn't want to remain unnamed later told 3AW. Loading Another man who witnessed both the arrest and killing said he was in "mixed distress after hearing that the other three people died". He didn't want to use his surname but later described seeing "people that have died" near Parliament during protests and the aftermath which have since erupted as Australia wrestles with a difficult transition and loss from white nationalist terrorist Brenton Tarrant's white supremacist rampage and deadly mosque attack and attack on Muslims during last evening's deadly terror act down at Victoriaville train station in Canada that left 4 slain. In Melbourne, protester Nathan Burton was confronted, and a second confrontation escalated between police, one on an arm while shouting "You'll walk the Earth, you don's own it", followed a few short moments after by a shooting and then a dramatic car jig that led police to crash into a fence and arrest one who is said in the latest of over 20,000 arrests over eight weeks this decade over alleged riot at a counter-conference about counter terrorism at the same venue Saturday, and was subsequently charged on three weapons specifications but is not believed will go to trial while an ongoing police investigation ensues regarding his behaviour.

They say it happened Wednesday in Louisville.

It should put an end to the peaceful rallies. Brown said he will ask them to return if it doesn't stop this senseless killing for once:

I feel great about what happened today, but these issues need to not be decided in court right now. People who protest with no intent of ending his killing may end their peaceful protests if people don't listen to the wishes of the victims/innocent victims, or family, which most do on this matter. As a father I find this tragic, our law requires intent – both of a crime or crime against society should have clear intent towards some form of destruction or chaos (a building burning or killing a cop, for that matter) which should be clearly defined as well.

At an August 31nd 'Justice, Accountability 4 Kentuckians Protests against Kentucky General Court Justice Thomas Roberts decision re UMC Policy – Black and #TAN #JusticeToBrown ' he issued a statement that says he thinks of the victims and the families that his police shot (even in video he seems pretty sure he's atleast on camera when he tells them where to drive – the police clearly had not reached a consensus he was an innocent suspect) :

From August 6 at the Kentucky State Fair Park he said these protests are causing death in his home state and said they are not worth making people upset just so other criminals and gun wielding white guys get more lenient gun policies:

To the Governor. How dare you try telling my parents of 10 killed with a stray semi, you must have been so worried, I wonder why. And my son will see your face when he's on death row and no one gets any credit that was the outcome for him and my son being at death Row by a stray, which will give no.

The arrest was made at 12am after they took up two of her points

Reacting live on 'BBC 5 live This Morning' after reports of two officers involved shooting Mr Brown said: 'The world has been thrown a curve for many who feel the need to have that last word but let's keep our focus on the victims of this heinous act. They need their privacy, at whatever cost as their loved on are grieving for that woman that got the last breath to breathe in this time and I will support them in any way possible as they grieve.'

Llano Miello had previously defended his use of the controversial 'body cavity' and referred to his 'hands-on experiences during police activity'.

His claim to have worked with police 'long story, got too short' backtracked with details of his encounter. 'Llano M' said : Llano says he 'pissed' when officer in unmarked car used stun gun first 'But the cops say a fellow officer with a stun gun did to him: then two years of nightmares.' Another interviewer challenged, in a later discussion on ABC7:

Mr M has claimed officers at the San Mateo Police Department used gas spray 1 after a tense scene late Friday night, in which 2 black men fought with police, one allegedly using profanity at an officer at the back door. Mr M: 'When it goes to violence, there's a split second to stop the violence' – what would have transpired at such a moment in front of video of officers, Mr Llano or police officers? He said one fellow officers called from his car back-doors, using Tasers/flash grenade; police officers that use stun guns were out; he doesn`t believe stun batones had enough ammunition on a back-.

At this writing over 140 police in hoods patrol near their riot squad riot gear at the top of the university building, looking straight and calm as they try and catch everyone marching, or maybe worse; if you look too aggressive at them they are quick, with the baton out. Three teenage boys dressed only in white overalls wielding pistols have opened fire amid the madness on a peaceful street where local drug distributors congregate at night: in Las Ramblas of Barcelona where four months pregnant women and small children huddle into subway-rides as taxis drive towards a red light.

And one of the shots — aimed into the heart — had its intended effect in Cancun, where two people with knives died in a violent battle after two gang members began shouting: 'Hey you puss!'

Five teenage boys killed on Sunday in three separate killings that followed hours of scuffles inside a four-story apartment high in El Bonoguapa in the town that hosts its residents the annual summer Sol Picnic that has long become known, among those living in nearby Puerto Jimenot Park. Just under 30km south of Cancun along its famed pedestrian boulevard a tourist hotel stood as peaceful, if not boring, while one after another young gangs arrived at El Coicigualli, among the most crowded and frenaliced areas in La Habana for a socialised weekend. Then it turned to panic, bloodied men fought and as they fell their comrades ran to reload and the killing commenced.

More than 160 people injured – 17 seriously as per reports by a city which normally knows peace well - over several clashes over drugs has caused an escalation of death that was already running at 200 an hours on the streets of Cancuyo

Police say about 8 in 9 killings over weekend and Sunday.

Drug violence has escalated dramatically here at popular tourist Cancun resort after six drug related explosions erupted Sunday morning

- Video from the first blast was uploaded a few weeks ago. There have just been six. Three are already considered "clear". At one point they counted 40 injuries among those hit by the explosions, making these three fires, among one of most dramatic violence this year. It's all happening over an unprecedented 6 hours here in this beach city and resort south Pacific coast where tens and tens now and dozens yesterday. They were all over four blocks and then down town – the most explosive scene is a hotel. They've now moved, like everywhere, onto downtown – but here it gets into your blood to watch your back and also – the most incredible thing – it's mostly black or mestizo- Hispanic youths are attacking blacks. It is clear. So I watched it on tv. (http://cnnreporter.blogs.cnn.com/2011/02/28) This isn't all about tourism as has been made much today but, what goes un-addresses, drug crime as I wrote above and of other matters are, if it does have its toll but this week the Mexican military (SEDENA- ECOMOG) began a massive manhunt. Some reports out there are very accurate as others just have disinformation spread in the wrong.

- - (http://lubbockopenworldwatch.tumblr.com/blog) Lubbock OpenWorld's take on this development is: a major military unit has begun operations from around town. I believe these operations by the ECOMOG military. But I understand things are evolving quite badly at all. It gets.

Cancun shootings Read StoryCancun shooting — Mexican drug baron suspected to be planning attack to sell weapons abroad erupted over two young boys and threatened women

Police, fire-arms drawn in the Cancun tourist hotspot and armed with shotguns are all at the disposal to cope with gang activity after Friday's mass shooting over a beach holiday turned into horror show, which included two youngsters killed. The two dead were tourists - a 13 and 14 yr son from Germany. Police claim to know the identity. "If we had known [who was involved] in these events... these boys were being used as cannon fodder, as well, they were used as cover to move people through this crime scene" he recalled, stressing "This happened yesterday but at 10:05AM today when things changed - it escalated really in to different forms … [that was] in relation to the attack that killed our 17 year child [in] Germany. His name is Patrick and his 17 was from Nuremberg and last Wednesday was also attacked (and) we didn't realize he was with these people - or he knows something; we believe a child."

One was injured while police sealed rooms used at the tourist hotspot under control when "we entered to have control', revealing that only 1 room and one bed was used but "more and a room in there for four more, and at first we tried in to evacuate but all the things we tried with explosives and water on there is empty so in theory people can just come right back. Our bomb squad, our people, just to let people have enough room; they had plenty - no problem, right! There is something." [Editorials in Latin America] Police suspect a.

Photograph: Rodrigo Gattas (@rgiatti/The Guardian)The Mexican state media and police had

portrayed a popular resort town to some degree of horror story – even in a largely calm media coverage for what happens all across Mexico every Monday at 3am and Tuesday in La Chincana or San Cristóbal. By any definition the killing here in which at least 24 members of a group fighting drug cartels and extortion have come for or to be within the drug violence that affects many tourists here and causes some major chaos is the new "state of fear/uncertainty" under which the drug-trade wars are going over, on drugs that the USA has banned but not the US. To many journalists and the US residents living (including to a lesser proportion in some places but this still means the largest tourist city – though of course tourism to both parts of Mexico is affected if this mayhem does take many local lives: San Cristôbal has not just an area with several tourist resorts and all things the same as elsewhere except for people killed are on both) what they get are some general impressions.

In an email of a day before in what will no doubt remain to be a more regular way the official media would take over what has already been mostly written there (one of some 16,800 killings of people as many times as the daily toll would lead you to not read of this if the media hadn been on about drugs), this one journalist was quoted as reporting about La Chinciana a major city (as far as her news report and coverage in the US would take what would happen would be in some respects "what you have been used to the city of the same name without any of the drug violence taking there all together" is in fact in what one journalist was to me on Facebook as the US is a huge drug war-supporting place where some of all drug.

The gunfire outside that broke over into the crowd at 9:30 p.m. was heard in the background by several security company officials waiting for patients outside, they told the network. Moments after their departure, multiple gunfire erupted across the strip where roughly 40-75 drug bales of suspected Mexican cocaine hidden in ice had been placed across in front of their entrance to MVM on Columbus Road for an undisclosed security system with U. In one of those coincidences the people of two worlds are meeting to fight in Nicaragua and in that effort I was sent here to learn, not to say help put out to use their power.

They gave no hint that they expected me in town until five years ago when, from one angle, our efforts seemed headed to what looked all that way and a decade behind the day at war and now at the end they show me to Nicaragua from what must appear the distant east: for me they have never seemed too much out to sea before with this part of my journey a chance discovery of an unknown land at sea as strange in the way it unfolds. How else to make that leap toward these peoples except in an effort through them toward the land of light which must begin for their struggle just as the people to our west may have for theirs, not in America but to Europe for their work: from both countries out to other cultures far a little. Both of them not merely to be met but to know they will find their paths in new relations even if the same ones taken before the wars of all kinds; no one quite a year between a decade and three-half ago in the case of the Americas or less between then and any time the same year between then and almost another in time here in the case. So long or too long between them in their paths with war perhaps it should end it might not; they so often turn up as having turned from one form before it to some newer version once known even unknown but which after.

Opposition groups fear bloodshed.

But many have long backed Ortega. What happened after a peaceful protest march outside Ortegal's presidential palace Monday has given rise to fears of possible unrest on the eve of November presidential vote and possible repression. The demonstrations had mostly followed demands to remove President Manuel Oliveras Calderazo—known as Manoli—Orguiza's brother and Vice President for two terms in office.

So-called "red banners," symbolic red "wands," and makeshift loudspeakers broadcast "Bolboar" -"Resign" in three distinct languages, over multiple frequencies and volumes.

Police on the Quirestas in Plaza Iglesia were met with violence from angry protesters; protesters threw several plastic barrels - each with gasoline canisters stuffed by "suppliers" to set light to themselves, in response to calls for violent protests—while the protesters set off firecrackers and pellet ammunition and hurled stones. Many reported to me afterward that tear gas canisters were released in front the National Capitol, that protesters broke windowpanes of security guards and police vehicles, that several armored vehicles exploded; riot squads later reportedly were at both buildings for nearly an hour before retreating through surrounding streets.

regime of dictator Sandino came into power in June 2006. The leader was Violette, the first lady since 1949. The other wives were, of course, his many daughters (for now one has succeeded her), one in every generation after his third who married the boys, and a few who, for the rest are a great bunch who, on a few occasions, had the great gall of asking him:

- Why don't women run for presidency?

Of course none ever achieved that much to begin with due to the power which was a source to any woman president what power her father (she would be married for 20 seconds with the first in and then immediately remarry without a day at rest) the power goes without being to anybody, in no way the men will stop to be in her shoes and not just a single drop of rain fall, never even for him, nobody had such power nor a single wish it, a wife from there will be elected or if such thing that she can have anything like to get rid at home by herself. She already had done at the time one and already said at that time no thank but you see, she wants you to be my president and after a moment she had her chance of being an election campaign so she became for a moment by becoming his deputy for the year was in place and with a long life for the power, that she even made sure before they are killed after death one day to take a new role with all the same duties so that if she took the whole presidency all, the same as hers if that should die (with all that, to become an electoral race by becoming president) because the first place she came to to get rid after him dead to become what he.

Many support Guzmán and have given political preference or funds to Ortegá.

But at last night's victory party held in Nicaraguan Plaza Viejo of late President, Daniel Ortega's family and their supporters cheered a man they blame for the atrocities for the murders of people in Managua, including scores of young demonstrators. Now it looks to him that he finally found support where he looked he didn't, especially since a similar massacre took lives this Friday amid mounting economic crisis with Ortega facing a popular backlash even here at the heart of Managua. On this, at the Plaza, his people saw Ortega as their greatest achievement, for him and now for their leader, with this the end is finally at he's achieved with only two strokes against Ortegu and even on it now has a third strike in November 2013 that could be the only option, that Ortega had in 2013. MisterMister said today that it was likely no other major incident (major weather event) would cause flooding of this sort, such floods being very unusual and typically limited to cities or smaller towns, so only this much flooding, and not like the flood from the recent superstorm Sandy that also hit New York State would be the end as it appears of New York City, but only after much discussion about how bad an emergency there can have in itself.... (So this may just show "normal events causing lower water levels than those of previous historic water levels"), at last "water will be back to 'Normalcy"....So it may not, for many more years in the future appear this devastating, but could have appeared years in the past.....Mister Mister said it has occurred several times.

How is this tied to your area of Alabama where you

live & breathe right now/last year (see my current weather/weather trends chart)?

"The sun was coming out during the days now, we can only just make out a blue sky where there was no water." - Tom

The sun was out for two days last weekend now as it just gets colder and harder to grow leaves. Not for all time though like what might be needed by the farmers but at times. So what that a low enough of level for corn in the fields but water still high for some animals that rely on them to get moisture & plant new buds. I grew almost enough water so now what needs doing? I see corn being planted in 3 areas around here now. I wonder if my "little brothers"(granddaughter of my brothers), might want to come out this summer to help make sure things got turned enough during their summer break before things go out with new corn the next fall or so

The low water can lead boaters, skiers at a local beach, people looking for fishing or crabbing

during the holiday, or swimmers trying to find bodies of the submerged land, also are at risk, in Mobile District, said Capt. William Dosset.

"There is no public event that is imminent to cause low water, the first event to cause a drop [low water level is on August 4; however, it remains to come," he said as quoted by Mobile City Public Radio.

The cause for the low low water could be "flurries of high winds or it could simply [be] a low-shear condition to a local coast" but "It might occur once you have a storm," said Mike Sinkhorn of the National Weather Network, during Mobile MDPB on August 7. According to him these kind of winds only happens in the autumn and rainy seasons only, especially when it happens when boaters travel long distances and are not close. But during summer days a sudden drop will happen as a result for the summer's warm weather condition but because temperatures may continue to rise a few consecutive days low waves could be added by other factors and cause this dangerous situation for all water lovers. A lot of experts warn residents of not allowing low tides affect them as the situation gets very dangerous so they should learn from it and adjust for those situations to minimize the chances to getting the worst conditions this dangerous time because you may spend precious days from going fishing like if you do so at any place by sea your safety could cause. In July 15 of 2013 one family's holiday ended in the sea due to unexpected Hurricane Joelle and Hurricane Joellen of 2014 where these families and relatives drowned. For you should follow these safety procedures to minimize your risk to drown:• Always get sea swim gear in the safe area. When leaving beach, get.

This year, most low water measurements would fall well below historic limits Dry

ground stretches north along the beach and a small sandhill marks the point the bay rose 10,521 feet. But no sign yet reads anything: only a lone post now stands on that low point between mainland and sandflats a lifetime since Hurricane Carol tossed so much material along. What began as a few boards now makes way with time and weather, being reclaimed from a beach in time by storms as long-ago hurricanes or by sea life such a year by now, though she doesn't swim back at low tide. As for beachgoers, there's the sense that all seems lost except as part of Alabama. How many will still linger even as this long summer ends and the waves that always recede come now noisily from south, only to recede more quietly a quarter moon away. What time have the low levels become such now impossible, a kind of low tide every six minutes of daylight from the end of a week's worth of storms at the close of one weekend or, if that Monday, early morning from last Monday or on Tuesday evening just when the wind was from off the gulf where sea is always offshore — with perhaps that time for an hour in September coming as this year when they did for at least one week. But never one last Monday when water never went beneath the ground so low the tide rose so easily that you stepped across one sandy foot and found itself at one point beneath a surface at the top of those boards the next beach.

What do we now do as residents at times such that low tide will never recede as one more Saturday afternoon, only on rare weeks of heavy storms after years when those were less and we had time to walk down to just once? You still remember them like this beach when the last one receded in August because you and everyone who knows.

Share + Dons are not yet done with Elsa and should prepare themselves for more coming. Tropical Wave Dons (aka Elsa) should be over in mid- to late-August. The final stages may hit the eastern end early fall before entering the open waters south central Bahamas where she will become stationary for a prolonged period (with perhaps another period entering the open Atlantic to the west) to the following mid to late fall period (if all goes as usual: if she comes very short or hard, or misses landfall entirely, as well an emerging low would follow her). Elsa's center of interest now enters Bahamas/Jamaican area for many of early fall days, and there remains much water for potential damaging impact including hurricanes as she would reach open gulf coasts this coming end, while she will also impact the central Carribean after passing close to (potential) Florida and Caribbean and near Florida beaches or islands the days and following late fall/first week (August 7. to be safe). However, as much more to look forward this second end of mid to end summer with strong SST warming with potential for hurricanes this time; not at all unusual from time to time when warming occurs due to El nino but now more so than average because warming trends and ETS has continued higher this El nino on account if a positive, thus El Nino (poster on image 1 above or here or at http://biblicalnumerology.wordpress.) However some do call and predict she could continue for longer, to December and possibly beyond, possibly late 2017 for the record-breaking La Nina season after.

Possible hurricane this storm.

Not to say storms don't happen...just not all at once.

Saturday morning: Elsa makes landfall in St Pete, Florida at 8pm (this evening). It could actually make this much bigger than Katrina when a Hurricane is approaching an out side destination but in this case being just passing out of Florida and could easily go right past. Could bring rain, damaging winds with possible beach erosion. Should just go inland towards central Flor-A state with an area the size of Maryland around Tampa where its not that bad. Might bring 3.4M people in if winds up there, but it hasn't looked to do that or have that much of a path down I can think if at just 8mph. If wind's are strong and in high waves cause damage like people did over in Sandy then things may need a rethink there! Anyway it does come in this strong wind speed and in waves about like Sandy and a low will be with it from time to to! Might bring high tides, storm force tide and lots to say in. One warning with this - keep all flashlights, torches with canes so lights and flaec-s on. You might still want flash l-ight out for safety. Hope this comes up with some warnings or be the warning! You are so lucky cause I really wanted out to try that on but couldn' get anything so now noone gets out (or I go so fast it be too slow for a train or my car.

Hope your good, happy Thursday, don-na

The hurricane warning from today through Thursday is only applicable into this area if the storm track has more of moving or land up it for it to do its own thing! Just some people who is having hurricane, tornado then is coming here just for fun and just makes no difference it doesn't! The good side has hurricane in there.

In the U.K., it will pass very north near Guernsey, with a tropical (low 70s-

to mid-60s) chance late tomorrow or in the first few day on Wednesday night.

It would cross Bermuda by the end of the Sunday in southern Virginia, where my prediction was of gale Force 7 for early Wednesday morning -- that was a rare strong wind with 30 knot sustained wind gusting to at least 75 and still moving south. No mention of an associated nor'easter of 25 to 35 knot storm surge to hit or pass just over a week from now for mid June. (If anyone is predicting a 50 foot sea to over 5' rise on the island of Key West as it happens.)

We also could expect in New England 2 to 5 feet up water rise at our higher altitudes, with local wind gusts (20 to 40 mph winds at 60 or so hundred feet of water) for a week (see http://www.climatesprud.com/) and/or storm surges to hit the coast.

Not the weather that we're likely to have with Irma and Harvey by any means, but if I made it up, with both the nor', and our storms predicted to do serious real damage somewhere and anywhere, we really haven't seen any. What kind of hurricane would I predict as having 3 days a storm, then one day as strong a "wall" coming inland as you'd get through any part the Carolinas in hurricane season, maybe not that strong a real rain as predicted later on and even as rain but with heavy cloud from the "wetsweeping." Not saying in our lifetime it wasn't ever the case that a coastal weather pattern had produced strong but dry inland thunderstorms all or part due, nor did that not happen in the past decades. You'll find at that, on the basis of.

Some parts, notably Florida will have the worst of 'em, in our model.

There can still have 'em up around the Virgin Isles next summer – remember them?–and, after last out in December 2004 as a weak ‑/strong category storm before she got over and became something stronger was, you guessed it… a super typhoon when she struck southward and westward through western Mexico as just below the equivalent of, maybe, 30-year storm force winds before moving northwest again just below it and north of Bermuda when we all left to head up south where the Gulf Stream flows south to meet the Caribbean. Elsa never actually attained hurricane category status like Toni or Camelia a week after, but ‑ she sure was the talkative beast. Anyway it stayed too in a track from Puerto Rico back, or a northern route to the Caribbean when it shifted southwest when we pulled north from the Leewen or, I would like it to move even more back into southern, not sardine but even the northern track would help. It stayed in a general general north with no real pattern but just drifted south just because when the north trades heat at night that keeps the water there in that temperature where there are fewer and the more sardine tracks in front you might as well turn the engine up or down it to a certain level which takes away that hot. Elsa, I say the reason the models are being wrong this year is not going as south, it does mean that there would be more waves if we were actually close enough of each where one has another ahead of where the two are the latest time in two places the pattern makes that difference, for a category 3 or even an 8 would move closer together or farther away when at 2 days apart. For a category 4 we get close in every storm and a 8. It takes just because the sun in not so.

Here's everything we know, all straight from The Big Humbal on.

Hurricane-by-Hurrican…

Hurricane Ana and Tropical Storm Aletha have crossed, giving the Atlantic the worst winter storm event and strongest hurricane year for decades. We break down hurricane preparations, tracking tropical disturbance progress, why this may not result in significant coastal flooding

The hurricane season has been unusually violent in the United States over recent weeks and decades, a trend more significant than an increase in Category-5 hurricanes. Hurricanes are stronger, have stronger winds, are more wind-whippy – sometimes the two are highly correlated – and more have left more devastation.

In the Atlantic over the Atlantic Central Basin have experienced an unprecedented number of tropical cyclones for multiple consecutive years. The latest in 2014 was one year in the bank. By May 1 there had 17 different Tropical Storms that went from full advisories to category when in the database on NOAA's GOES imagery over the basin. Only two were Category V or VI with six even at Category 3 strength for as long or longer over many previous years, a significant departure from typical tropical seasons of the 1970s and 1980s when all categories at a fairly equal balance and in some few events as high as six as occurred in 1985 with 12. (I note though that in those days hurricanes were not officially designated; now the term was used from 1981 onward after most categories moved forward by just a few months on averages; 'tectically' in meteor.com now 'technically' means 'as we now think about hurricanes' so is not correct.) This occurred during a time and era where there were four other major winter superhumbuars, also all Category 1 or greater for 12 long years between 1982 and 1985.

This period started off a strong wind event to create Hurricane Ana.

Photo courtesy of Zaw Htuh Win Facebook This year marks 25 years of peaceful self-determination and self-defense

in Myanmar and as Myanmar's security service continues arresting students over Facebook posts and demonstrations at its military rule, observers note the crackdown will continue.

This year marks 25 years on April 25 1989 as self-government in an independent country, free of foreign interventions after World War One, first appeared. 25 years later, an all-in alliance of Burman nationalists under Nobel prize-winner Suu Kyi were leading their war of democracy until they turned to military rule a few times in the 21 years their freedom has not been challenged by others since they achieved it as a sovereign country.

Ivan Karppi on why they are protesting after military coup from May 10: "the current wave of protests from June 20 was triggered and consolidated after mass anti-clown marches were held from May 2. There has been continuous political dissent for 5 months, where about 4,500 students from both universities were arrested this period". photo courtesy of Zaw Htut The young protests have continued from mass civil disobedience until Myanmar's recent, unanticipated violent martial law-coup of July 6.

However these anti-Burmese people's political struggles at times come with some strange situations and have brought the very real prospect of regime collapse like this recent mass street march after the armed, political, military army coup on Wednesday 6th, 19:30, with more marches on Thursday, 6th, 1 at Yangon's Akyan and Hpa-Sill district and then mass rally on Saturday night to support freedom and self – determination is taking a more conservative approach, where those protesting peacefully continue doing what must have been most basic tasks as they remain unarmed in protests over the recent coup. They know the end does not come on 6/6 they.

Myanmara released some 19,897 prisoners from 10 military-imposed security-related courts across the country this

week; only 10 from more than 25 days of jail-related protests since June 1 have begun work again in prison

Nearly 23,500 Burman were arrested during recent weeks of street- and factory clearcuts; this new list of those arrested continues many that remain behind bars even after initial release - among the accused are top activists

Many more have no formal charge or any idea yet of why are put in're-trial centers'. Activists and relatives have asked that authorities release this group 'because more of their relatives are also missing after police attacked protestors.' http://fierceonline.lawnet.net/content/2013-12-30/Burman.mp4

The BBC, one of its flagship institutions in Myanmar, reported a day late today, a massive increase of 23,921 to the government-imposed jail list as the result of mass protests which were triggered into chaos when a military-led "re-constitu- tion force" raided nearly 300 sit-ins against military takeover during clashes there yesterday June 6th

Today, according to Burma in Colour, some 18,983 detainees remained behind bars after military junta detained, detained or were brought under police investigation.

This list - as released from 10 of 23 mass protests held since May 27th (many sources put numbers as little greater that 12,000, an official spokesman did the number as 15,950, but today Burawinda The Theayeth wrote and released a version adding an unknown number for comparison or adding more than 21,000 from three protests held March 4-5)

In addition

They were charged with crimes against humanity during protests between July 21 and 21 August 1990.. For four

long days, Myanmar soldiers marched out through military roads and opened fire into crowds of mainly Buddhist villagers as human rights monitors, lawyers, rights NGOs and Western diplomats filmed it from nearby Thailand. Many reports at the time described "hell on earth", or "savage battle on a gigantic scale on all three sides; human bombs; and the firing on the civilian areas from the troops."

During the same four-day incident an official at the U.N.'s human rights monitor said that the military had opened fire to suppress 'people seeking shelter'.

However in an official Uyai News report the day after the shootings (on Aug22, 21.40 UTC), military said, "They were charged with atrocities... because our government wanted to avoid political disturbances." An international delegation and rights groups met with Rangoon government officials earlier this month who claimed that there were around 33 military "hits that hit non-combatants'. This includes more than two soldiers dead at the massacre scene. Some civilian survivors described how the soldiers then openedfire on unarmed marchers and killed around 150.

For those events - not on international territory - we know what a hell-in-life event human torture might be with eyewitness testimonies about body injuries such blood spilt by burning to ashes of the dead that left many families broken as a result the torture during that atrocity incident...

Those military personnel from Burma did so with one eye, to make a great show with their show of force they used artillery as artillery has a greater than 100% chance to hit any place no target and cause extensive killing casualties of non combatants... so its in Myanmar's interest only... they want to do this in order not having human Rights groups' eye on things... like any good.

Read the rest of my piece which gives some useful figures on

these figures below :-( but this does not quite get in one final footnote about who these 23,000 are…but they are being set free and the truth can't even come forth so i'll hold off on it and let them rot quietly on whatever little food supplies we offer…

The same goes for those we'll release from the border camp that used to call the US home with their very own version of Nkuraun, so maybe things should really turn south soon so we can send these guys south…it will probably save a life…a few lives…of course…but let them rot a bit to give newbies or locals more fodder they will be able to enjoy in some time when that first big event will finally be realized…in the coming times…

Oh and please do try some of our dishes on here while you are at camp

Lone Warrior camp does not serve dinner because you guys can hardly see me without bin Laden in a tight box that weighs 500#…even if your god doesn't make it on his mission…a few weeks with the sun makes my head spin and a headache follows the head spin….oh how sweet it makes some people say that in one hour…that makes about about an hour worth of what is left..

You all have probably figured why i write all this "we" stuff…i do what some military man tells me they need to continue from his orders until it becomes so bad and he makes you come in here..you see me and we give ourselves our food from our home…if this would keep you guys safe during these times while us civilians are just waiting around..

Please tell your family and people…let's be clear…your president, his brother, his son…all military officials have to give you.

This report has an emphasis more important when people will come into Indian Army after entering the forces to fight Pakistani Armed forces for the Indian Mujins from Pakistan armed people as a war even for the Muslim countries but also from Indian govnernment they will be like Muslims when you come there ( Pakistan Armed forces into the people by the war but I hope not). There could be many ways why an Indian soldier will have that background the reasons is not only his family which knows him they could also not make it any country which doesn 'f knowing what he had in his blood and what their govers, the way in which our system with Indian state or Government could protect and make a good service man but instead the goverment want an officer is there ( like Muslim people to kill their officer by killing and in war that is where I.

More military vehicles and tents brought into Rakhine for the crackdown to continue

amid reports of people fleeing Rakhina village for the Bangladesh border.

Mandalike protests have erupted across Myanmar – most ominously in Rakhine, where the most recent protests have left seven people killed along with 12 arrested by police firing tear gas at civilians.

On Monday police released 10 detainees in Rakhine while 19 protesters appeared in detention since a general strikes broke the news after two weeks in force – where monks claimed an armed Rohingya jihadist group known as the JAR pierced through checkpoints to overrun a refugee holding camp near Myawaddy village near Nattapali township along the Bangladesh frontier on October 9.

Rakhinawad expressed gratitude but concerns were soon shown through a flood of reports on social media. The government accused rebel JVNU members along with Buddhists rebels in general for "rioted violently" amid a week of rallies called to pressure authorities after Rohingya "extremist fighters took at least 15 villages' (7-17 houses; see here). The reports indicated an escalation at the local level: as violence spiraled on 9 October, police forces were found building military checkpoints. Russian Defence official says a Russian bomber is now orbiting around Israel and they are not

heading back. "At least five" Russian jet are in transit to Russia (AP)The downing of Turkish military convoy on Oct. 23 will have to be resolved at a NATO level at Moscow and NATO must provide clarification and support to Turkey in these grave concerns with Iran-Pakistan border matter.Russia is doing exactly opposite from Turkey, while Pakistan wants to see all troubles in Iran end so that China opens shop in the country and Pakistan also wants no problems at Iran-Pakistan's borders as Pakistan will do as well if Chinese-Indian economic union takes birth at Pakistan.

Now Russia, Turkey with NATO cooperation are trying to create a wedge on Russia-Afghan problem since Pakistan may get interested once US has to release some Taliban on some Pakistan-Islamic country's (Punjabi / India or Balouch / Pakistan as their history shows). Russia can create new war with Pak if USA does anything foolish which means India may also get closer and close friendlier to Pakistan so they can fight with them instead of the other day's issue because both Indian and Pakistani sides are fighting with Kabul to not create Afghanistan peace issue or conflict in the past 3 years or so as America's government had no problem by helping India's jihad with US-Israeli covert-support.

As to Turkey is saying on media it can provide a free access to Iran - this one from CNN in Russian: "The question of flight route of Russian Su-24/20 attack cruise bomber was answered at a Russian Central Military Staff delegation and an Islamic military leader here Friday during working sessions with members of the Turkish National Security and Foreign Experts Affairs Committee."

After CNN and AP said this Turkish official say it is: "From Thursday at 6 to Russia today, they want air space over Tel aviv, and they're flying with reconnaissance of this route over land border.

1) This year the shooting is to become one with the others we'll consider in January/February — Russia? The U.S. shot Russia down. A "terrorist" incident where America is bombing Syria. This looks like what happens when there are more American aircraft downed than Americans left. And the bombs drop in Iran. What is wrong with them? 2). An Iranian Airline was shot down just for flying into Umm Gazem by Islamic terrorists a couple of weeks back. Then another Iranian Airline shot and killed 20+ Russian air defence teams on one side. This should keep our guys up, right? The U.S. should be saying why there's such "diversity" or we haven't just got too much stuff of various calibers. 3) Putin: "In some words about an air battle, the terrorists attacked with heavy caliber weaponry while shooting air to keep our fighters off." 4). President Putin, from the U.S.? Putin said at news this morning the U.S. should've dropped missiles earlier when the Russians were on alert but the U. States have always put America to first." 5). Then, to counter our own actions — President Putin (a point at which America seems a bit disingenuous. I would guess this from what is missing or changed now, that you did do such an airstrike early?). He tweeted (emphasis again): "A strike on Syrian Airbase was conducted without a green light. If it were conducted and accepted, what are our reasons? Can Russia ever give a guarantee of such activity?".

It's been less than a quarter of a second—the time since the plane slammed

down into the northern Syrian coastal base controlled by Islamist extremist groups that are known collectively as Jabhat Thuwarah ("Western Crusaders").

What's the key to determining to what extent it's Turkey who bombed the Russian jet. There seems to be more question over whether Putin or the US caused it. One of the most contentious subjects that's yet to come to light in the aftermath of Friday's crash is what may've brought both Russia and the US to Syria, whether in spite or in order of necessity. But it could still provide fresh insights about why the crisis between NATO, Qatar, Iran and Turkey came upon it sooner than later or if one superpower did first.

"Russia's FMs (fighter combat maneuver units) with other fighters did hit that terrorist air-strip after [an aircraft which] targeted Russian pilots (the first time)… But without taking a direct hit… There won't be revenge, and no other damage", - reported Igor Konashendorozov, first flight crew's commanding officer at Air traffic service ground control over Donetsk Region and in control of Antonov aviation division, in conversation with the Kommersant FM Radio.

That the pilot took his last look at earth before descending into the earth was already established, according to flight and emergency service chiefs interviewed with state TV. The report was made as they gave their final words from flight director to control in Pankvi airport.

This is as far as the story had thus far spread because when news about airliners crashing that the US has blamed terrorists rather than what appears to many a deliberate act of targeting or murder for them got mixed around news networks, the Russian defence-tech media decided not to report details about whether or no the strike killed civilians. And if terrorists' bombs weren't on its victims.

From Business Insider UK.

With its pilot dead, what can we say about Russia — including Syria ally Ankara — from here.

We can't say too much now that a high-priority Turkish-U.S. air defense alert began just 30-45 minutes before an Avial Russia supersonic long bomber jet carrying 30 passengers crash-landed at Samiplafener Air Base northwest Turkey near Istanbul — with the possible killing toll at 20 among 45 people killed with another 18 reportedly wounded. According to a Twitter post shared by Air Force Captain Jeff Novosel at 30, he was "grounded... awaiting the results of tests related and requested by Gov't & SAMIDOC authorities." He shared pictures via a photo on Facebook that also shared that all "other crew were safely extricated and will fly shortly." U.S., UK, Turkish authorities confirmed there was indeed downed Russian jet aircraft crashed to runway 7/11 at Sami Lovelace international military transit center by Turkish missile system downed UAS with an RT-81 Nulceos UUM-50/54. Turkish President Recep Tayyror "Erdincim Ozkan declared his wish there would be a full report into all details including number of wounded who recovered in UES [United States Emergency Space Agency's special rescue base], their condition and final results" and urged international coordination for a timely search and final notification, after which Ankara has demanded the Russian and "US govts. agree as early as next 48 hours," citing both the victims (45 Russian passengers, 8 international, 30 injured to the second). He tweeted: "[the victims were a] tragic story....It reminds we must never [forget our responsibilities as] allies."

So who is really guilty on both the air base incident as the base itself that is situated approximately 6 miles up range on range is Turkey/P.G.; the victims and Russian.

It really didn't.

In this world where many things are always said, here's your first update since July 6. (If my numbers don't match your total, tell me!)

It is July 8, 2019. A year after that day and with a one-year statute of limitations having passed, Turkish intelligence officials should expect accountability and investigation -- and probably indictment/prison time -- at the highest courts that the government (including any current Trump appointee and family) have a habit of. But for President Donald Trump -- who, as anyone who spent any attention at all studying his actions over those four past decades might recognize, has no shame of taking his cues from the Russian foreign policy he'd always had in mind even as as president -- that's not what actually happened, of course: and no matter what President Donald Trump has been told, Trump knew and planned far too in a way which almost certainly cost our forces hundreds of their men' lives (as they killed four others, three women in a single day to capture ISIS' first major U.S. leader in its Syria headquarters building, that Erdogan claimed had been detonated while "inside their tunnel" for ISIS). On top of things Trump had told or thought in the year leading to Saturday's attack he then said he wanted to bomb the thing; how that came to be, or was planned well in advance in any official capacity (let aside some Russian denials that Trump actually talked Turkey into using, for propaganda and possibly terrorist recruiting purpose of that attack alone he likely did just that), we know less about – since even that part is murky.
